Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry - Recipe

1lb stir fry beef steak cut into strips
2tsb cornflower
¼ cup orange juice
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp veg oil
10oz broccoli florets
1 can 8oz sliced water chestnuts drained
¼ cup of low salt soy sauce
¼ cup dry roasted peanuts (optional)
- Place steak strips in bowl, sprinkle with corn flour toss to coat add orange juice and ginger stir until well balanced.
- Heat oil in wok and medium to high heat add beef and stir fry for 4-5 mins or until beef is cooked through.
- Reduce heat to med-low add broccoli water chestnuts and soy sauce mix well.
- Cover and simmer for 5 mins or until thickened stirring frequently serve over brown rice (sprinkle peanuts if desire).
