Fastest route to lasting weight loss

Here is the secret to the fastest route to lasting weight loss-why Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day.
It’s vital to kick-start your metabolism by eating breakfast. VITAL. Of course you’ve heard it a million times, but breakfast is one of the keys to your weight loss program and your success depends on it.
What’s the harm in skipping breakfast and smacking the snooze button to buy an extra ten minutes under the duvet? Why is it such a big deal?
Here’s why. Here’s the science of breakfast, and once you get this you’ll never skip the most important meal of the day again. It’s also kind of impressive and will amaze your friends at parties.
Your metabolism is a combination of physical and chemical processes called anabolism and catabolism.
Anabolism is a constructive phase, where your body’s cells make protoplasm for growth and repair. The catabolism phase is a destructive one, where complex substances get broken down to produce energy for the proper functioning of the cells. Between the two processes, nutrients get distributed and are absorbed in to the blood after digestion.
Your body hasn’t had any food during the night, so your metabolism has slowed right down. When you skip breakfast all the time, your body’s cells don’t get sufficient regular nutrition and function less efficiently - in fact they actually store fat to use in times of nutritional deprivation, like a camel. They don’t realise you’re planning a chicken supper later. They think you’re trying to starve them.
Your cells are mistrustful. They have issues. They’re squirreling away fat in case you try to screw them out of more meals. This doesn’t happen right away - it would realistically take a few days of depriving your body - but people who skip breakfast tend to make bad food choices later on in the day. Because by then, they’re REALLY hungry, craving bad things and far more prone to binge eating.
To re-establish a good working relationship, you must be consistent with the food, and that means fuelling your cells in the morning, and at regular intervals thereafter so they can run your body like the efficient machine it was designed to be. After a restful night, the rooster call of food in the morning starts your metabolism burning.
This consistency is important, because you body’s metabolism adapts to your current weight - so if you skip meals or do some crazy unsustainable dieting, your metabolism will slow down to compensate for the lack of nutrients.
Once you have good nutrition first thing in the morning and keep driving your metabolism with a combination of healthy food, appropriate portion size and exercise, you will start to see results very quickly.
Eating a good breakfast makes a huge difference to your health. If you eat correctly in the mornings and have complex carbohydrates you’ll be satiated, and so you’re far less inclined to succumb to a sticky, fat and sugar filled pastry by mid morning.
You can do much more that fight the battle of the bulge; breakfast will help you win the war on weight and allow you to exist in peaceful agreement with your previously rebellious cells. If you are sick of being fat, tired of failing and really want to achieve lasting weight loss success, EAT BREAKFAST.
