When you book your initial consultation, you will be weighed correctly, have your body fat and body mass index accurately calculated, and set achievable targets for your weight loss. Everybody is different and so the one-on-one consultations are key in determining what will genuinely work for you and your life; your routine and your eating habits.

PHASE ONE: GETTING THE WEIGHT OFF

Starving yourself or cutting out entire food groups in a quest to become healthy is a waste of time. Keith’s goal is for his clients to emerge healthier, happier, and slimmer-and to stay that way.

With a simple and easy to follow personalised weight loss plan and detailed food program, as well as a weekly weigh in, it’s far easier to maintain your weight loss and change your lifestyle for good. The sustainability of weight loss is what usually scuppers people, as the hardest part of adopting a healthier way of life is to keep it going.

You’ll get a plan that guides you on correct portion sizes, helpfully dividing foods into different, easy to follow categories, and recommending specific food types and amounts for each client.

Foods are divided into colour groupings, which make it simple do calculate what you need at a glance. You will also receive recipes that are really easy to prepare, even for the worst cook, and all of the elements of the food plan are available in your local shop-no weird expensive ingredients; no powders; no supplements. Just honest, healthy food presented in an honest, healthy way.

You will also receive a food and diary that allows you not only to track what you’ve done, but asks you to predict what you’re going to do tomorrow, so that you set your own daily goals and take responsibility for predicating and monitoring your own patterns. This is very helpful in starting to gain a greater understanding of your habits and reactions; and is key in beginning to take back control of your life.
